Yin/Meditation Workshop

Hi guys,

I am teaching a Yin & Meditation workshop at Moksha Yoga Pickering, Sunday evenings from 7-8pm. This commenced at the end of April and is running until the end of May. In this 6- hour workshop (1 hour for 6 weeks) we will explore stillness, silence, and clarity through various Yin/Restorative postures and sitting/lying meditation practice with instruction. We will be using guided meditation to become attentive to the movements inside of our bodies and bring mindfulness within ourselves. Various meditation techniques will be explored, including Traditional Chinese Medicine energy awareness and its elements throughout the body. Faced with any issues in our lives, we have the chance to discover things about ourselves and those around us that we may never experience otherwise. The intention of this workshop is to provide people with tools to take away and apply in their daily lives.

    I will be continuing this workshop again for 6 weeks starting July 25, and will be adding some Yoga Nidra meditation.
